Annual Sponsorship Opportunities

Katy 5K ………..……………. $25,000

The Katy 5K is the Friends’ largest annual public event, which features a 5K run, a Point-5K Dash for kids, and the post-race Katy’s Picnic featuring signature dishes from area restaurants, music and fun.

Katy Trail Days...……………. $20,000

Katy Trail Days spans 10 days in October and November, and includes two weekends filled with a variety of entertainment on the Trail. It also features a pumpkin walk for kids and a pub crawl for adults.

Safety ………….…………… $15,000

Safety is a key reason why people use the Katy Trail. Safety sponsorship ensures that the more than 15,000 people who use the Trail each week will feel safe in our urban park through funded off-duty police patrols and Trail lighting.

Newsletter……….…………… $10,000

The Friends of the Katy Trail’s newsletter has a print run of 2,500 each quarter. It features articles about Trail improvements, fitness tips and many other Trail-related topics.
